We can live for days without food and water, but without breath we would die within minutes. Proper breathing brings oxygen to the brain and controls prana (vital energy). In this workshop you will practice/learn several pranayama exercises and their effect on the body. Techniques and tools for meditation will be discussed at the beginning of the workshop so that we can gracefully transition from pranayama into meditation. Please bring a mat or beach towel, and a cushion. Come enjoy an afternoon of cleansing and peace of mind.
