Appointments &
Cancellation Procedures
All Bodywork appointments must be scheduled in advance and will be reserved with name, credit card and phone number. All appointments will be confirmed 24-48 hours in advance by a DWS staff member. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because both your time and our time are valuable, we require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a $35 cancellation fee (to pay your therapist for time lost). By giving us 24 hours' notice, we can reschedule your appointment and possibly free up your original time for another client. Thank you DWS.
Payment Methods
Dragonfly Wellness Studio Accepts Visa/Mastercard, Cash or Check. Returned Check fee $35.
Check-In Procedures
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all bodywork sessions, so that any paper work may be completed before your session starts and wellness begins.
Products
Dragonfly Wellness Studio uses Biotone Products for all massages. Sents include Mango & Manderine, Green Tea & Lime Leaf, Milk & Honey and NON-Sented. Millennia Sterile Acupuncture Needles are used for all Acupuncture treatments.

Gratuities
Gratuities MAY be accepted by therapist in CASH form only. DWS does NOT allow gratuities to be charged to debit/credit card transactions.
