This class is intended for advanced beginners to intermediate yogis with no major injuries. By integrating balancing and inverted postures into a flow sequence we develop core strength. Although some postures may not be fully accomplished, we still receive the benefits of the posture just by trying.
All yogis welcome to class, even if you have never done an arm balance or an inversion and would like to accept the challenge! If you have a fear of balancing or inverted postures, this is DEFINITELY the class for you. Slowly challenge yourself to overcome the fear of falling. And, Don't worry someone will be here to catch you when gravity takes over.
It is a good idea to do also take the 7:30am All levels Yoga Flow Class
to get the body completely warmed up before taking
9am Integrative Balance Class, although it is not necessary.
