A gentle class for all levels of practice, beginners and experienced practicioners welcome. The class will focus on postures that encourage relaxation, flexibility and movement while connecting with your breath. We begin with an inital relaxation to prepeare our bodies and minds for the class. The postures will strengthen and stretch the body, increasing flexablity in the spine. Modifications and props will be available when necessary. Emphasis is on form and proper breathing. Learn to focus inward, while opening the heart and mind at the same time.
