This Ashtanga Practice is an introduction
to the Ashtanga Yoga System.
Karen will guide students through a modified version of the Primary Series of the Ashtanga Series where the student has the freedom to enhance and deepen their personal practice.
All levels are welcome to enjoy the simplicity of this nurturing and gentle asana flow. Focus is on stretching, breathe and relaxation on this a very personal journey . Striving is what it's all about, with the emphasis on enhancing well being and to honor, respect and listen to the body.
Practice ends with deep relaxation and Savasna.
